for my second period I have sports media, the teacher seems fun but I've notice he makes the whole class talk. I'm a very shy person and when its my turn I feel red and all the blood rushing all over my body. I really want to get over my fear of speaking up because when I'm older is something I have to do. I wanted to change that class for something else but my request was denied. when I found out I was very disappointed. My goal for that class is to pass it and get over my fear and be more talkative and be more involve in classroom discussions. The class seems very interesting I know I'm going to love it after I stop getting nervous. Fear is the number one thing that can kill you.
